RICHARD NEIL: So finishing up here on the head and face I'll be working on the nose
right now. So I'll take my thumbs and work along this outer ridge of the nose almost
pulling down in the sinus area and moving on the outside of her cheek.
This can open up some sinus issues we may have. If we have allergies, sinus infections creating some flow, some
circulation.
So when you've done that three or four times you can move just below to the mouth underneath
the nose straighten out just above the lips, and then below the mouth. And how I like to
finish out the face, I'll actually use the whole of both of my hands and almost creating
a mask and pushing the face out and out of the top of the head like that. Do that two
or three times just very slowly gripping, not much, just the slight pressure and coming
out of the hair. Just two or three times stretching out the face.
So when we return we'll move to the arms and hands so please come back.
