What is connections targeting? Connections targeting helps you control whether
your ad shows to people who already have a connection with you on Facebook. For example,
people who have liked your Page, joined your group, joined your Event or who have used
your app in the last 30 days. You can use connections targeting to show
your ad to only people who have a connection with you, or only to people who don�t have
a connection with you. You use connections targeting for any Page,
group, event or app you�re the admin of, even if it�s not what you�re advertising.
Click on�Advanced connection targeting�under�Connections�in the targeting section and type the names of
your Facebook Page, group, event or app. What is "Friends of connections" targeting?
"Friends of connections" targeting allows you to target the friends of people already
connected to your onsite content. Connections are fans of your Page, people who have RSVP�d
"Yes" or "Maybe" to your Event, members of your Group, and people who have interacted
with your Application. Every "Friends of connection" targeted ad promoting a Page or Event includes
social content about a friend�s interaction with your business, amplifying the relevance
