What is the best way to get rid of skin tags naturally? These things are getting so annoying.
Do scissors count?
Using scissors would be painful and a literally bloody mess.
I guess that would eliminate the backup plan of biting it off, though that would theoretically
be more natural than scissors.
There are a lot of creams that are supposed to eliminate skin tags, but they aren't well
known.
Can I use wart removal treatments?
You could. For example, you could use salicylic acid creams on them.
That sounds dangerous.
Salicylic acid is the main ingredient in aspirin. It is derived from the willow plant originally,
too.
That's pretty natural.
They make it in a factory these days. If you want, you could use that freeze-off stuff.
That's a wart removal cream.
It often works on skin tags. Or you could use that Derma stuff.
That name even means the end of skin.
I've heard of people tying off skin tags with dental floss to kill it by cutting off the
blood flow. However, this can cause infections if the blood flow isn't cut off enough and
you get sepsis.
I've heard you could treat it with alcohol.
Getting drunk may make you care less about it, that's true. Then again, taking care not
to rub against it will make them less noticeable.
No, I mean dabbing alcohol on it.
The better option is putting alcohol on it to sterilize and numb the area, then clip
it off with a nail clipper.
That might bleed a lot. Or hurt.
So put nail polish on it. That should seal it.
A bandaid would be safer than nail polish.
Or put aloe vera on it to ease the pain. The aloe is also supposed to facilitate healing.
That's probably the closest suggestion you've had to what I intended.
