This is Stephanie Manley with CopyKat.com. Today we are going to
make an easy, cream cheese chili dip. This is perfect for your next
tailgating event, Super Bowl party, or anytime you have a group of people
over. This recipe has just three ingredients in it and it's quick and
simple to make.
First thing you need is an eight-ounce block of cream cheese. You're going
to need a can of chili, now, I just happen to be using a can without beans.
If you're a beans kind of person, put them in. It's OK.
Then we're going to put cheese on top of this, we're going to pop it into
the oven and let it bake until the cheese is nice and melted and bubbling
on top, and we're going to serve this up. Let me show you how to put this
one together.
OK, I've let my cream cheese soften to room temperature. I put it out about
30 minutes before I began to use it. I'm just going to spread this out in
the bottom of my dish to where I get a nice, even layer. Next thing I'm
going to do is put the chili on top.

instructions and directions so you know exactly what to do. I always do a
blog post with each one of my videos so you know how to prepare it.
We're going to top this with some cheese. I'm using a Mexican blend, you
could use cheddar, you could use colby, just about anything is going to
work just great. Go ahead and sprinkle this on and put it in the oven, and
we'll be back in just a couple of minutes.
OK, so we've just made our chili cheese dip. You can see how wonderful that
looks. Please be sure to rate, comment, and subscribe so you can see what's
