with Expert Village today, and what we are going to be making is a double mocha. I am
going to tell you everything you need to know and you need to have to make a double mocha.
I like to have three or four clean, dry kitchen towels on hand to clean up the area while
we're working. You need your espresso beans for the espresso shots for the drink, your
espresso grinder. Here we have two variations of espresso grinders, your chocolate for the
mocha, your home espresso machine. On top of the espresso machine, I like to keep a
moist kitchen towel to wipe the steam wand after steaming the milk. I have some shot
glasses. I have the cup that we are going to be assembling the drink into, the espresso
tamper, spoon to stir up the chocolate in the espresso, milk steaming pitcher and then
milk.
