It's always a pleasure to grow your own herbs and veggies. For a bumper crop, start with
a nice, good, healthy soil and add lots of organic material. To grow your herbs and vegetables
you have two choices, you can either use seeds or seedlings. Seeds are cost-effective but
take long to grow, whereas with seedlings you've got an instant garden.
Before planting, read the back of your packet or label for planting instructions. When planting
seeds, draw a line in your dirt and place your seeds the appropriate distance apart.
Then cover it up. When planting seedlings, dig your hole first, pinch the bottom of your
[punnett], tip it out, separate your seedlings, pop them in and firmly press the soil down.
So you know where and what you have planted, use a plant label. When you finish planting,
simply water and put your mulch on. If you have any other questions, come down to your
local Bunnings Warehouse where a team member will be happy to help you.
