Hello, Welcome to CasekingTV. Today with something very special.
We get a lot of prototypes at Caseking.
Cases we should take a look at, just as this time from Cubitek.
On first sight already special shape, the Cubitek Mini Tank.
We want to show you this case, which is quite likely to be released pretty soon.
You can send us your comments or ideas to this case.
Let´s have a closer look and see the front first.
On the front we can see some very interesting details,
Made from brushed aluminium, stick out hex Screws, also power and reset button in aluminium,
front panel offers 2 x USB 3.0, audio jacks and an eSata port.
The front panel is really up to date.
2 external 5,25" slots, one also with a 3,5" slot, a 140 mm fan and the Cubitek logo.
the fan in this preview sample is a LED fan, which might be changed in the final version.
A very unique shape, bent completely from aluminium.
Front was very interesting, let´s look inside for more details.
Inside we find 3 zones, first the mainboard area, second the power supply area and third the drive area.
4 x 3,5" bays, which can be dismounted via thumbsrecws.
Power supply totally separated for heat optimization,
one 140 mm in the top and a 120 mm fan in the back for the mainboard area.
In the front the already mentioned 140mm fan for the drives.
Lot of space for graphics cards, with 34 cm also the biggest cards will fit.
The 3,5" bays are put back for this purpose, so you can fit even long graphics cards on Mini ITX boards.
You can also fit very big CPU coolers in the case.
Here we got a 160 mm big cooler. I´ll just hold it in place.
As you can see even some space for the mainboard no problems for big CPU coolers.
Last but not least the backside.
On the bottom we have the power supply slot which can be dismounted by thumbscrews.
Inside some rubber pads for decoupling of the power supply.
Here we got two holes for watercooling tubing. No problem with the space available inside.
The backside fan and Mini ITX slot. The shape is also continued on the backside.
On the top cover the already mentioned 140 mm fan.
So we looked at all the details. In my personal opinion a very interesting case, especially in design.
