After you've created an .svg file
the next step is to use that .svg file in a
Document Library that's going to be available to
SharePoint. That's how we make use of it inside the PI Graphic
Web Part. So, I would do this by going
into a Document Library. Now, we've already configured
one just for that purpose. If you remember, one of our
earlier steps was to create this Document Library
here called ProcessBook Files. It's a simple SharePoint
Document Library. I would go here
and choose the Upload Option. I'll go out to My
Documents. Here's the File.
Now this will become
the location that I refer to when I configure my PI Graphic
Web Part. Now incidentally, while we're talking about
this Document Library, I should point out that if
your users, your end-users, have Read-Write access
to the Files in this Document Library, they can take advantage
of an Option within the SVG Viewer to open up
this Display in ProcessBook and then re-save it to that Document
Library. So, just keep that in mind
as you're setting up your environment.
