Hi, I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now we've got all our sides covered. And I'm going to
cover our top piece. Our top is six by six inches. And I'm going to make it just a little
bit bigger than that, because I want it to just overlap slightly. So I'm going to roll
that out, remember to use some powdered sugar. Not too much, because you don't want a lot
of white splotches on your fondant. Just enough to keep it from sticking to the board. When
you rub your hand over, you should just feel a light coating. And you want to, you can move it around a
bit like that. And we'll cut a little bit more than six by six. You'll have to give
it a little bit, stretch it out a little bit more. It will stretch a little bit if you need it
to. It's pretty forgiving. And you lay that, lay it on top. If you don't have one of these
nice spreading pallets here, for tamping it down and making it flat, sometimes you can
find maybe a spatula. Anything that's flat and smooth like that. Now we're just going
to bend this down slightly and try to bend it in slightly with the sides. Just like a
little bit of a pinch and a pull down, and blend that in a little. We're going to put
an edge on the box so that you won't see this. And it'll have a nice look on top if we kind
of fold this down. Now right here there's, it?s just a little short. So I'm just going
to pull this over the edge, just slightly pull it so that we can get it to come over
the edge. And then just flatten it out a little with the smoothing. That's it.
