What matters to me is Customer service, flexibility,
Friendliness. They're available all the time, anytime
And I like that they're local. I like that I can call someone and I know
that they're close by.
All the staff are terrific! Someone picks up the phone at Salem Five instead
of going through six prompts.
So when I recommend Banking to any people within my program,
Or any of my personal friends as well as my family,
I always say Salem Five first. I feel like they do a great job on the customer
service side. It's a family feeling;
They're always there, helpful to answer questions. It's always nice to be able to go to a familiar

I know it's a bigger bank, But part of the reason I came to Salem Five
is I was at a big bank for a long time And they disappointed me time and time again.
We're just thrilled with all the people here at Salem Five
And really love it here! The nice thing about Salem Five is that we
know they're a strong regional bank. They've been in
Business forever and they plan to be there forever.
