Hey guys! Thank you so much for watching, today I just wanted to play around with one
of my favorite lipsticks...I just got it, but it's already one of my favorites, it's
called "Heroine" by MAC. I think it was limited edition, but then it came back as a permanent
color. It's a MAC lipstick, and I LOVE the vibrancy of it. I feel like it's a very nice
bright colored lipstick for darker skinned women, but it also looks nice on lighter skin
tones as well.
So if you like this look and want to see how to get it yourself, then definitely please
keep watching!
Ok guys, now I am just blending in my foundation using the Beauty Blender for a flawless finish.
Then I go on top of that with my concealer just to highlight. I really love this Sigma
F86 brush that I am using, because it is great for blending out concealer. It is a tapered
brush, so it really gets into the crevices of your face and does a great job blending
that way.
Now I am adding a powder to set that highlight underneath my eyes, to accentuate and bring
the highlight of my concealer forward a little more. Next I contour my face, and do a little
bit of nose contouring using Sunpower by MAC.
Now for my eyebrows, first I brush them out then I use a dark brown powder to fill in
the sparse areas. Now using my favorite transition color, "Brown Script" by MAC, I am going to
warm up my crease area and really smoke this color out since I have "hooded eyes"
Movie magic, I just realized I don't have earrings on...now we're good! Using Sable
from my "LORAC PRO Palette" I focus this color directly in my crease for some extra definition.
Using this crease brush allows me to be very very precise.
Because I don't want my eyelids to be shiny, I am going to go in with MAC Mineralize Skinfinish
Natural in Dark to set my eyelids and mattify them. I don't want it to look like I put eyeshadow
on, and that is why I am using a setting powder.
For this, just for a gentle little wash of color, I use my angled brush from Sigma. Now
using, this color, Betrayal from my Urban Decay Vice2 Palette, I am going to go in the
inner corner of my eye just to add a pop of color that will compliment the lipstick that
I am going to use. Using Gold from my LORAC PRO Palette, I have already started, I am
going to add that to my lower lashline for a really pretty brightening effect under the
eyes.
Using my wonderful liner from the Laura Gellar Beauty Calligraphy set, I am lining my eyes
in a cat shape. I already added lashes. Now taking Heroine by MAC, my favorite favorite
purple lipstick and one of my favorite lipsticks period, I am going to apply that to my lips.
Then with a liner, I am just going to define my lips in the cupids bow area. I am just
preening now...and that's it! I like how that looks.
For blush, I am going to use a very small amount of my Fuschia Flash contour color creme
by Sephora, even though it is a very dramatic color, i will use just a very small amount
on my cheekbones just to add a little flush and keep from washing out.
That's the finished result, I hope you guys enjoyed. Please be sure to like and subscribe
