Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to learn how to make
Creme Brulee. Okay, so the first thing we're going to do is we're going to separate the
yokes from the whites. So it's really easy to do, just crack it and carefully pull the
top off, and we're going to use this as a cup. Now already you can see the white's spilling
out. So what we're going to do is we're going to go back and forth with the yoke, just like
so. And wala, the yoke is separated from the white. I'm going to put that in there. Okay,
so let's do another one, just crack, carefully pull the top off, and then just back and forth
like so. It's that simple. And there you have it. So I'm going to dump that in here. I'm
going to finish this up and I will see you on the next step.
