Alright!, so now it's time for the inspection. The inspection period generally lasts about
5 days. During this time, you can get your inspection done, which I have inspectors that
I can recommend to you. People I use my cell phone I buy properties. If you have one that
you want to use, that's great too. I could care less. But I got some people that if you
do need some recommendations to, I have them. Now, the other that you can do during your
inspection period is you could actually back out for some reason you've found something
wrong with the house, or if you just changed your mind and didn't have the inspection done.
So, going back to the actual inspector, an inspector is essentially a house detective.
Their job is to look the house up and down, make sure there's no issues, and if there
are issues, they're gonna tell us about it. If the issues are big, that's when we can
go back to the seller and say, "Hey seller, we need to renegotiate the price a little
bit either you need to fix these issues or we want you to give us a credit for a money
in the amount that's it's gonna cost us these things fixed. Those are kinda the ways that
you can use the inspection period to your advantage.
