Bicycling in the water is a great cardio workout. You can use a noodle. What you do is put it
between your legs and you would just ride it like you were riding a normal bicycle for
the whole length of the pool. Turn around and come right back. I usually do this once
for a warm up and a cool down. You can also bicycle in a circle. Okay? So, sometimes what
I do is I combined this move with some of the other cardio moves I do. There's another
way you can bicycle. What you want to do is pick your feet up as high as you can. This
would be for the deep end. Normally you're wearing a float. And you bicycle all the way
around in a circle. You can also reverse your direction and go the other way in the circle.
And it's great for your cardio. It's really a lot of fun. And it's good to do as a warm
up and a cool down to your water aerobics exercise program.
