Hi, I'm Ann Myrick and today I'm going to show you how to polish granite counter tops.
What you want to do first is to clean it. Because you don't want to polish a dirty counter
top. So, the easiest way, granite, you want to be very careful that you don't use an abrasive
cleaner. And so what you first want to do is use a little bit of, I'm just going to
put a little bit of just gentle, this is palm olive, just dish soap. Use a little bit of
water and you just want to clean, you want to be sure that you get the grit, the dirt,
the any type of liquid. So you just want to clean it. And I'm just basically wiping it
down, which cleans it. And then on polishing it, you want to go back and with a solution
of about one fourth alcohol, water, and a drop or two of the soap. You want to go back
and just spray,
and with a cloth, soft, soft cloth, you want to go back and just polish. This is Ann Myrick, and that is how you polish
granite counter tops.
