I think football is becoming more physical every day. There is a lot more contact now
so having the ability to dodge physical contact is very important
Our objective as fighters is to make our opponent feel as uncomfortable as possible in every
position. If I can break him and make him feel uncomfortable that's when he's going
to make a mistake and that's when the game of inches starts happening. I make him feel
uncomfortable with one inch, then I take two inches, then i take three inches and then
I'm jumping off the cage and kicking him in the face. And also everything you do in the
octagon or in fighting should be set up by inches. Inches, inches, inches and youtake
them until he's done
When I square up on somebody I usually just look at their feet and what I've learned is

angle, they can't stay with you
When it comes to footwork for a quarterback it's paramount. You have to practice it, you
have to harp on it to make sure you keep the perfect alignment, the perfect base, keep
