Heather: Hey guys this is Heather from healthyeatingstartshere.com.
So healthy eating recipes I guess with that all the time and I love filming new recipes
all the time but I also have a ton of existing recipes on my site at healthyveganrecipes.net
and Phil has put together this awesome new search function so that you can put in whatever
you want to search for specifically but there are also categories that you can search under,
so the type of food that you are cooking whether it is grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, you
can search by the type of meals so breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, appetizer.
You can search by pizza, pasta, salad, soup, all those kinds of things and then there are
also special search functions where you can find once they are ready in thirty minutes
or less, some that are raw, some that are gluten free, some that have no oil in the
recipe and there is also a little box for you to find my favourites, they are just my
personal favourite recipes and if you guys have the same taste as I do, you might find
that they are your favourites as well.
So, that search function is awesome and you can find just over healthyveganrecipes.net.
If you click the link with this video, I have put together a compilation of some of my favourite
groupings of recipes so if you are having trouble thinking of things to search for,
I have a collection of recipes that I think are great for cooing for meat eaters or people
who are not used to eating healthy food.
There are some recipes that I think are particularly fun so making your kitchen time and your meal
time more fun, that can really help you enjoy healthy eating more.
And that is what it is all about; healthy eating should be fun from the time you start
planning, to cooking, to eating, and to enjoying afterwards the feeling of energy and healthiness
that you get from your food.
