Hi, I'm Kevin speaking on behalf of Expert Village on hiking. More now about physical
preparation for the hike. At the outside maybe three days before you go on a demanding hike
or a fairly demanding hike, begin saturating your body with water. Do this by increasing
your water intake by at least 50% over the three days that proceed the hike and you'll
find that your body is going to have more endurance and you're going to be able to push
it harder when you're on that hike. On a hike don't be afraid to rest when everybody else
is wanting to rest. Rest is very good for the human body and it doesn't take much rest
to make dramatic improvement in your stamina throughout the day.
