Hi my name's Alice, I'm a third year Fine Art and Art History student at Kingston.
Before I came to Kingston I didn't really know that much about it. I kind of got attracted
by the course, that combination of Fine Art and Art History because not many places do
that, and I applied to lots of places in London because I knew that's where I wanted to be.
Unfortunately Kingston was probably one of the only ones that gave me an interview and
so I came here and luckily I really liked it and had quite a good interview and a few
weeks later they offered me a place and so straight away I was like 'Yeah I want to come
here!' It's like, one of the best things I've done.
Honestly I'm really sad to be finishing in a few weeks time.
My top tip would be join as many societies and clubs as you can. That's something I didn't
do and I sort of regret that because you meet so many different people, not just from your
course but studying different things. And there's so many different types of societies
as well. There's sports like football or you know,
hockey. There's also like, a sky diving society at Kingston, there's scuba diving, Come Dine
With Me Society, Cake Baking society, and if there's a society that you would like to
create and you've got enough people then you can start it up.
So yeah, I think that's it. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me and I'll
get back to you as soon as I can. Okay, bye! Good luck with everything!
