>> Hi, I'm Taylor here at Exclusively Weddings, and today I'm going to show you how to make
the Petal Wrap invitation.
>> Before I begin I like to lay all my pieces out in front of me to make sure that I have
everything that I'll need. To make this invitation, you'll need your petal wrap that comes flat,
your invitation, glue dots, and your precut satin ribbon.
>> To start, flip your invitation over on the back, and place a glue dot in the middle.
Next, you're going to secure your invitation to the petal by placing it in the middle,
and pressing it down to secure the invitation. Next, you're going to fold the petals inside,
but you want to make sure you start with the top and bottom petals, crease to make smooth,
and then fold your right and left petals in. Next, you're going to make sure your ribbon
is laid flat in front of you, and place the invitation on top of the ribbon.
>> Your ribbon is going to secure the wrap. Make sure you have about 10 inches on the
left side, and 7 on the right. And you're going to make a knot, just like you would
tying your shoe, with the longer side over the shorter side, and pull so that your shorter
side is pointing towards the top and the longer side is pointing towards you. Next, make a
loop, and take your shorter side and go clockwise around the loop. Put the short ribbon through
the hole that you've created, and pull securely. You may need to adjust your bow to make it
look pretty, but your Petal Wrap invitation is now ready to put in the mail and send to
your guests.
