HARMONIE KRIEGER: So my favorite part, the food--what to eat the day of the big event.
Now, we all know we don't want to be full when we walk down the red carpet or go to
the party so this is a great shake to have in the morning and it will fill you up pretty
much all day until you get to your evening dinner. So we have a blender, of course, and
I am going to take a scoop of Designer Whey protein and you definitely need some protein
in your body because it's going to keep you going, okay, as well as some sugar, even though
we don't want to eat too much sugar but it will keep our metabolism up. So I'm going
to take a scoop of the whey like so--a little scoop of the whey, pour it in, then I'm going
to take a half glass of water, pour it in, 'cause we all need water. Then I'm going to
take a banana because banana is actually good carbohydrates. We need the good kind. The
banana's going to make us full as well so I'm going to put that in. And then I'm going
to pop in a tiny bit of soy milk. So I'm just going to put in a dash of soy milk, so all
healthy things, like this. I'm going to put the top on. I'm going to blend. So we're going
to blend it and then we're going to pour it into a nice smoothie glass and that's going
to be our breakfast. So here we go, pour it in, and we have our breakfast and lunch and
then we gotta get ready for our dinner later. But this will definitely tide you over. Perfect.
