okay guys welcome, today im gonna show you the simple tips and tricks you can use to
get rid of heartburn and acid reflux. I know most people often use anti acids to get rid
of heartburn. i advise people to use the natural remedies instead of medical treatment. these
can be ingredients you have at home which will not cost you that much.we know that heartburn
is when the acids from your stomach flow back to your esophogus which causes a burning sensation.
so now we gonna have a look at what can you do at home to cure this condition. the first
thing is actually understanding you diet.you have to know what type of foods should be
avoided and what type of foods you should take. Its advisable to take foods that are
low in fat. as you know greasy foods like hamburgers , spaghetti sauce, and foods that
are high in speces, acid, fat and caffeine. we can count things like coffe, onions and
garlic , chocolate. what you can do when having heartburn is mixing 2-3 teaspoon of apple
cider vinegar in an 8 once glass of water and drink it before or even after a meal.
you can also chew a sugar-free chewing gum which will help produce more salaiva which
will help dilute the acid. also you should
try and declare the kitchen off limits after 8pm if you regularly suffer from heartburn. make
sure you don't eat after 8pm. Stop smoking since smoking is a major cause of acid reflux.
