Hello and welcome to another New York Habitat
vacation rental video tour.
Today we're going to give you a tour
of a fantastic two bedroom vacation rental
located near the Eiffel Tower
in the 16th district of Paris.
This apartment is located on the 6th floor
(7th floor US) of a 19th century elevator building.
As you enter the apartment,
you will find the kitchen to your right.
This fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need
to prepare meals during your stay,
including a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster.
There is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
You will also find a small table and chairs
in the kitchen area.
Across from the entrance is the first bedroom.
It's equipped with a double size bed, a flat screen TV
and plenty of closet space.
Near the bedroom is the bathroom.
It's equipped with a tub and shower.
As in most French apartments, the toilet is separate.
Moving on we come to the dining area.
Equipped with a large table and chairs,
this is the perfect place to enjoy meals.
Next to the dining area is the living room.
This furnished living room is equipped
with a flat screen TV and a stereo.
Off the living room is the second bedroom.
It's equipped with a double size sofa bed.
There is also a window in this room
bringing natural light to the space.
Heading outside
and only a few blocks away from the apartment
is Place du Trocadero.
This is the site of the Palais de Chaillot,
which houses a number of museums and a theater.
Be sure to check out the Champ de Mars.
This large public green space
is the perfect place to relax or have a picnic
while enjoying the views of the city.
Of course you can't miss the famous Eiffel Tower.
Built in 1889 and nicknamed La dame de fer
or "the iron lady", the Eiffel Tower
is the most visited paid monument in the world.
