We have the honor to introduce this big hispanic talent
now with us, lazaro Arbos, Welcome!!!
hahaha
Lazaro, welcome, make yourself at home
you can sit down here, please.
lázaro
How do u feel about the things going on with you now?
It's
I can't believe it.
when you made the decision
I will make this call, I will go for it
What was on your mind back then?
No,
I just knew I had to do it
because
I was so bored
to be on the sofa
always
what has been the hardest about
having a speaking disability?
the hardest thing
is the fact that although people think
that since someone can't speak
fluently
think
that person is not smart
or is
mentally challenged.
after you went in for the program
the recognition you've got
did the people change their mind about you?
umm yes.
When I go out people recognize me
and take pictures with me
and yes
yes hahaha
umm
When did you realize
that when singing you get fluency
you lack of when speaking? how'd you notice that?
well.
it was natural for me cause when I started
to sing I realized it
and have grown up
with it
so I'm not impressed.
remember those songs you started with?
Yes.
the most inspirational singer for me was
Selena
Which songs by her you used to sing?
All of hers.
lots of her songs.
and any
that you can think of right now?
Yes yes! ok, which one? can share it with us?
uh, "No me queda más" uhmmm
Would you give those
in your situation any advice?
No, troubles with speaking is not
my only concern
but also any other kind of issue
so my advice is
don't give up, keep going
keep going
since singing career
is hard
and if you have no guts
or are discouraged
so, you know, go and knock
Lazaro, I invite you to stay in a bit more with us.
in "Un nuevo día" will you stay? Thanks a lot for your smile and you talent
you'll make hispanics proud
