This year at T-Base, we're giving back to the earth, and we invite you to join us!
For some, paper is an absolute necessity. Without it, some braille and large print users
who require their financial statements, cell phone bills, or textbooks in hard copy can't
independently manage their finances, or their school careers.
Corporate responsibility is a company wide commitment to being socially responsible,
but the environment is a global responsibility. That's why we're re-investing in the environment,
with our planting by the dozen program,
and we want to give you a chance to show your customers that you're giving back too.
From now until Earth day on April 22nd, we are giving you a chance to give back to the
earth
with tweet-a-tree. All you have to do is send us the following tweet on Twitter:
"Hey @TBaseComm please tweet a tree" to the twitter handle of the company
you wish to honor with a tree, "via www.tinyurl.com/tweetatree, #tbasedoztrees"
We'll acknowledge all the tweet-a-tree posts that come in on Twitter, letting you and your
customers know that we'll plant a tree in your honor. These are just some of the examples
of great companies that have already participated in tweet-a-tree.
We have partnered with Tree Canada and American Forests to assist us in our goal of reducing
our carbon footprint.
By participating in tweet-a-tree, you will not only be giving your customers an opportunity
to interact with you and get involved, but you will be showing them that you care about
giving back to the environment. By tweeting-a-tree with our compliments, and encouraging your
customers to do the same, you are helping to reduce our collective carbon footprint,
and showcasing an example of how your company is active in initiating your environmental
and corporate responsibility.
Tweet-a-tree is just one part of our year-long Planting by the Dozen program. For every
tree we consume printing braille and large print documents and textbooks for our customers,
we will plant twelve more across North America, with the goal of reinvesting thousands upon
thousands of trees back to the earth.
Why should we have all the tree planting fun? Help us achieve our goal with tweet-a-tree today!
