KEILLY MORRIS: So from here, here's what we're going to do. We have our party wings. Oh,
I'm sorry, we have our Tom Brady wings. What we're going to do from here after we've just
soak them in our brine, drain, clear them. They're good to go from this moment. So old
school right here, pay attention. Pay attention, man, old school. And you're really gotta get
in there working with your hand. So I have a tablespoon of butter right here, cubed up,
nice and cold. What I'm going to do is I am going to mash this. See that? Yeah, just like
that. I'm going to mash it, right? And I want to coat my wings in it. That's what I want
to do. Get in there and work that. Look at that. Work that, baby. Right there, look at that.
So what we're doing right now is we're coating our wings in a little bit of unsalted butter.
I told you I'm not a big salt guy. All right. I'm going to soak that in there. And you're
really gotta get messy with it. That's the only way it's going to happen. That's the
only way it's going to happen. A simple pat, spread them out, right? And you deserve some
right there. You deserve some more butter, butter, butter. All right. So this is how
it's going now, right? We got our wings spread out like that. A little bit of butter in there.
Let's just knock those off on top. Right? Look at that, it's so gruesome. So gruesome.
I'm a big fan of the washing of the hands. We'll be right back with our next step, okay?
You guys, don't go nowhere.
