"This is a one of a kind exhibition."
The High Museum of Art is showcasing the works of Mexican artists Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera.
Bringing the two of them together for the first time in the Southeast or anywhere else
in the United States is a singular artistic event.
It's the only U-S stop on an international tour --- made possible by Wells Fargo.
"Wells Fargo is probably the best. They understand service to the community as well as understanding
their own business objectives and that serves us and our community extremely well."
It's the museum's first completely bilingual exhibition.
Ten Wells Fargo business lines joined together to sponsor the exhibit which features English
and Spanish audio tours and text -- and educational programs.
"Tremendous undertaking. One line of business absolutely could not have done this. But with
ten coming together as One Wells Fargo, we were able to make it happen. EDIT TO 1:14:32-:34
Really proud to be part of Wells Fargo. Really proud to be sponsoring this exhibit.
The attendance has been tremendous. The show has been packed so again it's a confirmation
that we were right on with our sponsorship, that the High Museum was right on with the
exhibit. It's just perfectly done.
The exhibition celebrates the richness of Mexican culture and art... and represents
Wells Fargo's commitment to the Latino community.
Diversity is a big part of all that we do at Wells Fargo. Specifically, we want to be
nothing more than a mirror of the community outside of our building.
The fact that Wells Fargo could be a part of that and make it happen, I think reflects
well on us as a corporation, it reflects on our interest in the arts and it reflects our
interest in diversity so I think it's a win win all around.
We also have a lot of Latino team members, a lot of Hispanic team members, and being
able to be a part of Wells Fargo and this really opportunity to bring this to Atlanta
is something to be proud of as a Wells Fargo team member and as a Latina as well.
