Now I'm going to show you how to make a handy work surface and stand for decoupaging our
eggs. The trickiest part about decoupaging the eggs is that they are round and you want
to cover the whole egg. So you can't put it down to dry anywhere without ruining a side.
So, I, this is what I do. I take some straight pins and a piece of cardboard and you poke
about four or five straight pins up through the cardboard. And this will hold the egg.
You can set the egg on this to dry or if you need to work on one side or the other, you
can just gently place the egg on these pins. It makes very little contact with the egg.
And then you won't, then you can work on the whole egg at once instead of having to work
on one side and then the other side. So you can prepare a board like this and maybe put
three or four little stands depending upon how may eggs you want to work on.
