Hello my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website
is http://www.crossfitaustin.com. I’ll be demonstrating a kettle bell exercise called
the slingshot. A slingshot is a great warm-up exercise for the joints. It’s very important
that you do the warm-up prior to any kind of kettle bell exercise. I’ll be demonstrating
the sling shot. You want to make sure that whenever you’re doing the slingshot that
your shoulders are facing forward and they’re not moving around. Your arms should be fully
extended, you should have a nice solid foundation and you can do that by gripping the ground
with your toes and keeping your abdominals and glutials contracted.
