So what is it that we're cooking today?
Coconut Rasam.
What all do we need to make it?
The ingredients.
Coconut Milk (3 cups),
butter milk (1 cup),
Lady fingers (2-3 medium)
malabar spinach,
green gram,
coriander seeds,
ginger
green chillies,
refined oil,
tadka ingredients,
salt,
grated coconut,
and asafoetida.
The procedure.
Boil the lady fingers, malabar spinach and asafoetida.
Now mix the coconut milk with butter milk,
add some salt,
turmeric, ginger paste, green chillies, and coriander seeds powder,
add wet ground green gram paste, coriander leaves,
and the boiled vegetables.
Prepare tadka seperately in another pan.
Add the tadka to the coconut mixture.
Now garnish the mixture.
Coconut Rasam is ready to serve!
