Our major goal on this event is simple: For one part we want to
establish, maintain and extend contacts with our partners. We are interested in their opinions.
On the other hand we want to present our new concepts that we worked out with our sponsors
and provide our clients with newer solutions.
One of the most interesting topics at the moment
are definitely the different available virtualization platforms:
Backup of single items or more interesting: restoration of certain items.
This might be a certain file, eg. some mailboxes on an exchange server
or similar stuff on other databases which can be directly restored from an earlier backup.
We assume, that we'll have a proper solution implemented by the end of the second quarter.
SEP is an interesting partner we have run across in the field. Especially in the German-speaking world
we have noticed clients using both our products: SEP sesam as well as our hardware
without any promotion from our side though. Therefore it has become interesting
for us to line up with each other and combine our products more seamlessly.
For us, partners have a multiplier effect. We are a very indirect company.
The greater part of our turnover runs indirectly through the channel.
That is why these events are very important to me to be present in the channel and improve the multiplier towards our clients.
We are experiencing amazingly personal and kind encounters with everybody.
One easily gets into conversation, talking about problem solving,
new approaches tackling certain issues and discussing common goals for the future.
It's just an incredible feeling of togetherness.
Thank you very much for your, well, critical input, but also for your demonstration of ways
how to make things better.
Tobogganing? Yes, I even bought new gloves and ski pants, since last time it was a little cold without gloves.
I am very curious, if this will make things better. But I am looking forward to it!
I am really excited to go sledding!
Back in North Rhine-Westphalia we'd be lucky to have enough snow for only ten meters of sledding.
But here, of course, there are loads of snow, and this kind of event, really fantastic!
Hopefully I will make it to the bottom in one piece and have lots of fun.
I am looking forward to tobogganing. I've heard quite different stories on the matter.
So I have respect for it, but I'm also looking forward to giving it a shot!
