Your sales associates start their day by logging into Captivate on their mobile device.
They review their associate dashboard to see information such as progress toward revenue
goals, current promotions, upcoming store events and highest-value customers. Then they
can craft relevant, targeted messages to their customer base. These promotional messages
are then broadcast to receptive customers, driving them into the store, and converting
them into sales.
Here, a customer approaches a sales associate for help with their loyalty account. The associate
quickly retrieves the customer's information and shows her the rewards she currently has
on her account.
The associate then uses the outfitter tool to help the shopper find the perfect set of
items, locate them in-store and redeem her loyalty rewards on the spot. The entire transaction

If the item isn't immediately in stock, she can have it delivered to her store, where

Captivate is also a powerful in-store shopping tool. The customer starts shopping on the
retailer's mobile website from the convenience of her home, then sets an appointment to pick
up the items in-store.
The sales associate is immediately alerted to the new appointment. She reviews the customer's
purchase history and begins to tailor a shopping experience for the customer based on stored
information.
The next day, when the shopper arrives, the associate is prepared with the items the shopper
wants, plus several other items that complement the
sale.
