The next technique we're going to do is a flat-twist using your own hair. Not a two
strand or a three strand, just a flat twist. So, you're going to part it the same way that
you part your corn rows. Corn rows always look good too when you kind of part them to
the head shape and kind of go around the head shape. That gives it a really nice curvature
to your head. So, I'll make the part kind of curvy. Follow the one before it. Making sure that
you keep the other hair out of your way. On this technique we're only going to use a one
strand braid. You can call it a braid if you like or a twist. What we're going to do it
just twist the hair down. Grabbing the hair just like if we were doing a basic corn row
but we're just going to grab the one section instead of wrapping two or braiding three,
we're just going to wrap one. All we do it take a piece of hair and we twirl it around
in our fingers and then we just add the next piece of hair to it just like in the corn
rows. Just keep twisting and adding hair as you go down the row. That's why these are
called corn rows because they are like rows of corn. Then, to finish it off, you want
to keep twisting all the way down and however you'd like to finish. You could wrap that
with some hair if you want to leave it like that or you could maybe make a little knot
at the end. Make a little ball here to finish it off like so.
