Truth About Abs Review A Health and Fitness Guide Written By Mike Geary
This video is my take on the truth about six pack abs. For those who don't know, the truth
about abs is realy a good book by Mike Geary that promises to teach you everything you
need to know about getting abs. The great thing about this program is that it tells
you everything you need to know on developing your body to get six packs. I've heard other
books that told you how you can maxed out your muscles, but if they do not really focus
on the specifics of getting six packs. One thing I was surprised to find out is that,
six pack are more about of what you eat rather than how you workout, like every other day
I used to go to the gym and blast out 100 crunches, some russian twists, v-crunches...things
like that. The thing is, no matter how much I increase the weights or the reps, no matter
how much my abs develop, I couldn't see a spot, nothing. But after I've read about the
truth about six pack abs, I found that the real secret to getting six packs is boosting
your body's metabolism so that you decrease the amount of fat in your abdominal region.
Getting six packs is all about having as little fat as possible in your frame. That's one
of the great things about the truth about six pack abs. It doesn't focus so much on
doing gruelling workouts as it is doing workouts right and eating properly. The series have
a couple of downsides, though. First off, the exercise section of the book is completely
jumbled. I took a look at the exercise section as soon as I got the book. The first exercise
that was listed looks really hard. I though it was a bit discouraging. Also the pictures
that are listed in the book could be a bit better. It don't really described the exercises
too well. I think they can be improve, though. Exercises are only one-half of the equation,
though. And the exercises section is divided into a beginner section, an intermediate section,
and an advanced section later on in the chapter. I'm definitely going to stick with this program
and see where it leads me. I think by following it, I'll be able to get a nice set of six
packs before the summer is off. If you're also interested in getting this book, just
