Reporter: And what do you want to tell me about your role on 'The 100'?
Marie Avgeropoulos: I play Octavia Black and she has a chip on her
shoulder, naturally, due to the fact that she was brought up and hidden
underneath the floorboards for 13 years because she was the second child.
You normally want to have one in space.
So as soon as I was discovered, they killed my mother for it and threw me
in jail. So naturally I have a little bit of a chip on my shoulder and a
little rough around the edges.
Reporter: And what makes your character special on the show?
Marie Avgeropoulos: Well, Clark, played by Eliza Taylor, and I could not be
more ying-yang and she plays everything sort of safe, wants everybody to be
OK, follow me and I'm the more rebellious one who just wants to do whatever
the hell she wants.
So Octavia is very unpredictable, so you'll never get bored when she's on
screen.
Reporter: And what has been your more fun moment on the show so far?
Marie Avgeropoulos; Getting to replicate the Jaws drowning scene moment
being pulled around by a random sea monster was definitely a lot of fun, to
jump in a glacier-fed river and get fresh, nice and cold.
