On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make shrimp,
two ways. Well here they are, our shrimp, two ways. First we have our beautiful Prosciutto
wrapped shrimp, with orange marmalade, that's served on a bed of baby spinach and topped
with chopped nuts, dates and scallions. And then we have our delicious sesame shrimp,
lime sesame shrimp with a tangerine soy sauce, a glaze. Served with green beans and topped
with a little sesame oil and scallions and I'm going to serve them to my son, Randy,
and see how he likes them. There you go Randy. "Thanks mom." "Good, I'm glad you like them." On behalf
