hello, here's my easy recipe : la galette des rois who is a french tradition in january
in a bowl mix 100 grams of soft butter
either you take it out fifteen minutes at room temperature before
or you gradually melt it 20 seconds in the microwave

and an egg
mix well
Then gradually add 100 grams of almond powder
then add a tablespoon of rum
you can also use kirsch (alcohol will evaporate during cooking)

add extract of bitter almonds
then add a tablespoon of water
Once the cream is ready, prepare the filling of the cake
you'lll need two rolls of puff pastry
prick your first dough with a fork
preheat your oven to 200°C (400F)
you spread the cream leaving a small place around
Then add your bean (whoever find it in his slice of cake is the king or the queen of the day
put it the closest to the edge of the cake

brush around the cake with water

add the second dough

Bake the cake at 200°C (400F) for about 25 minutes
