Hi, my name is Andrew. In this tutorial I will show you how to view the territory team for opportunities and leads in Oracle Sales Cloud.
Oracle Sales Cloud makes it easy to view territory team members for an opportunity or a lead.
Here’s a list of my opportunities. I click the opportunity name to open it.
I can quickly see the sales team for this opportunity by clicking Sales Team on the left.
To find the territory team members, I use the Actions menu and go to More Details.
Here, we see more opportunity details. Territory information is in the Opportunity Team tab.
We can see each territory assigned to this opportunity, the territory owners, and any other resources for the territory.
Julian Henderson is the owner of this assigned territory.
He also appears in the opportunity team list. I use much the same steps to easily view territory team members for a lead.
Here is my list of leads. I open a lead.
And I go to More Details.
Here in the Sales Team tab we can see who is on the territory team for each territory assigned to this lead.
Home quickly takes me back to my list of leads.
