Hey! This is Matt with Creative Cooking Corner and today I'm going to do
an oven baked crispy chicken. What I did was I made some crispy oven baked pork chops.
And I'm going to use that breadcrumb recipe for my chicken. So everything is the same.
So if you look at that recipe, you'll see how I made the breadcrumbs and then you can
just transfer that to this chicken recipe. And it's almost the same as the pork chop.
The Chicken is plain and what I have is the same thing that I put on the pork chop, which
is Dijon mustard, black pepper, and mayonnaise. So I'm just going to take my chicken and
rub it around in here. Get it all coated. The reason I like to use this mayonnaise is
because it cuts out a step by having the flour and egg wash your meat. Plus, I think it adds
great flavor and tenderizes it also. Okay, you can see my chicken is well coated. And
we're just going to let that sit for a few minutes and marinade.
And now I'm going to drudge it and put it in the oven. We'll just take a piece,
stick it in the breadcrumbs, and press it around a little bit. There we go. Give it
a little gentle shake. Put it on the cooking rack. Go on to the next one. Okay, my chicken
is all nicely breaded. Go ahead and pop it in the oven. The oven is preheated at 350
degrees. I'll let it go for about 30 minutes and then I'll check the temperature.
It's done out of the oven and we're ready to give it a try. You can see it turned
out nice and crispy and beautiful. Let's give it a try! That's fantastic! Tastes
great! Have a good day!
