Hello, and welcome back again. The next thing I'd like to discuss is the proper form and
posture on the machine. When you're working on the machine you do want to stand straight.
You want to keep a nice posture. You don't want to be slumped. You want to keep your
knees just ever so slightly bent, and I see a lot of people in the gym; they seem to want
to kind of rest on the machine a little bit which is defeating the purpose, and I think
it could be counter-productive. I do see people who want to lean on the machine and kind of
use their hips to help to use the machine, and it's very bad for alignment of your posture
and it's not a proper way to do it. You want to stand straight and feel strong, feel big
when you're on the machine, and that's what we'll do for you. Your core strength will
appreciate it. Your buttocks will do it, your your legs, your knees, your thighs. Everything
will start to firm up and tone up. Your shoulders, when you're using the arm grips will really
produce quickly. You'll be amazed, again, at how tall and how wonderful that you feel,
and so stand straight, be proud, listen to your music, and let the machine make you feel
great. Thank You. We'll be right back.
