Welcome back my name is Alisha and I’m with Expert Village and today we are talking about
how to travel with a toddler. Alright some of the added benefits with my car and most
cars will actually have are window locks. Window locks are great because then it keeps
your kids from rolling the windows up and down when you don’t want them to. So say
I’m gonna roll down my back window, I can just put the lock on and the child can no
longer control their window. Rolling them up or down. All it is just a clip of a bottom
and the windows go right back up. Another nice safety feature most cars have is locks.
These types of locks prevent the child from opening the door while you are driving down
the road. All it is, just a quick flip of the switch, so right now they could open the
door to get out of the vehicle. Once active they can not get out without someone opening
the door from the exterior of the car. Once you are in the car and your kids in, you close
the door, they can not get themselves out no matter how hard they try, without some
one actually opening the door or if they have long enough arms to get them out. Also once
I have the windows lock on they have no way of rolling the window up and down this is
a great safety feature that keeps from little fingers getting caught in the window or even
worst an arm, ear you know, what have you. That’s always a great tool to have, it's
also nice because it keeps them from rolling the windows up and down. Little annoying,
you can just lock them out, good for husbands too.
