[Voiceover] CargoWise, a global leader in technology solutions
for logistics service providers, is pleased to announce
that CMA CGM Logistics will adopt ediEnterprise,
through WiseCloud, across its offices
in 50 countries over the next 18 months.
Following successful pilots in its US and Australian operations.
[Carl] What we have in front of us is
multiplying our business by three over the next four years,
and doing that in 30 to 50 more countries
than what we have currently.
So, basically, we'll have broader coverage in terms of network
but also an increased level of complexity
in the solutions we can build.
And basically we came to the conclusion
that we could not carry on doing that with our internal system.
We cannot re-invent the wheel,
because we just believe that you have a four-wheel drive system
and we are just going to use it as much as we can.
[Voiceover] This project will enable CMA CGM Logistics
to operate its entire business
off of a single, global database,
combining global coverage with the integration of
CRM and finance functions.
And allowing them to shift resources away from non-core functions
such as data center management.
[Carl] It's our constant and daily work
to focus on productivity improvement.
That's the heart of what we're doing.
[Adam] The use of Enterprise is going to add
massive gains to productivity from day one.
The use of industry-specific modules,
tightly integrated with cross-business functions
such as accounting and CRM,
will all add to great increases in productivity.
[Voiceover] CargoWise software is in the process
of being adopted in 20 countries around the world,
with the goal of extending the software
to 50 countries by the end of 2014.
[Adam] CMA CGM Logistics has a very aggressive expansion plan
and Enterprise is the right tool for that expansion plan.
Both in terms of the compliance that exists in Enterprise today,
as well as Enterprise's ability
to meet the global expansion plans of our customers into the future.
