Today's Frequently asked question is: "What to do when we hit our plateau and progress suddenly stops?"
We have to find the reason why our body has stopped reacting to our efforts.
The reason may lie in our training regimen, our nutrition, the supplements we use or do not use, overtraining..
Our best option at this point would be to seek out professional help from an experienced personal trainer and nutritionist.
If this option is not available we must find the reason ourselves. We must examine all the crucial aspects:
The reason may be an inadequate training program,
the reason could be insufficient daily nutrition,
.. or it is also possible we have not chosen the right supplements to help us achieve our goals.
In any case- we need to make some changes!
