Hello and welcome to The Print Vault.
We're excited you're here.
Today, we're going to show you how to customize your statement envelopes using the options list.
After you have selected the statement envelope you want,
you'll see an options list on the right hand side of the page...
shown here.
First, you must choose an ink color option.
Do this by clicking the drop down menu and selecting from the available ink options.
If you're using ink color not shown
Select "Custom Ink Color" in the Ink Color Options field.
Then type in your PMS color in the Custom Ink Color field.
The next four fields allow you to customize your envelopes window size, in inches.
You can specify the width of the window, the height,
and the distance from the left and bottom edge of the envelope.
Note that there is a maximum width and height you can specify
as well as a minimum left and bottom distance.
In the next field, select your stock inside tint.
To view images of our stock inside tints, simply hover over the tints in the product image gallery.
Next you may select if you'd like one color printing on the backside of the envelope,
a latex seal for easy envelope sealing,
and a double scored fold
to send thicker documents.
After selecting your options
you may choose how you want to receive your proof.
then you may select a turn-around time here.
Now you must upload your artwork.
To upload your front artwork,
simply click the "Choose File" button in the Custom Artwork - Page One field.
Then select your artwork you would like to upload in the pop-up menu.
Acceptable file formats are
PDF, EPS, and TIFF files.
If your artwork has backside artwork,
Upload it in the Custom Artwork - Page Two field.
You may checkout without uploading artwork.
A customer service representative will contact you with the art transfer instructions.
Now click the "Add to Cart" button
and your product is now ready to be ordered.
