INFOENZA
The inner elephant man
Many people think of me
as the little boy in the Emperor's new clothes.
I’m asking the questions that many people do not dare to ask.
Habits
I like to create a space
wherein other people can open up
for new ways of thinking about their lives or their organization.
Sometimes you meet people who have the capability to think and accept without limits
Creating such a space is vital for me.
When I lecture or tell stories I try to create an energy
that makes it possible to let go of all limits in order to think beyond habits.
Meetings
When I lecture people often have a very strong response.
Some become capable of finding new directions in their lives.
I'm never looking for answers or solutions for other people.
I'm just creating a space
that makes people capable of remembering what they already knew when we meet.
IT: Information technology
All my lectures and books have
circulated around the urge to break down habitual thinking
Many of the books and lectures have been about information technology.
For some reason a lot of people are convinced
that computers are saving time, money and space.
Some believe that computers will learn to communicate like humans.
In reality its the other way around.
Computers are wasting so much time...
When computers became part of every household
people no longer had time to be unemployed.
The busiest people in the world are computer experts.
The philosophy of honesty
When I work with people
I'm always trying to be as authentic as possible.
If you meet someone who is very honest
that person can urge you to be more honest.
honesty is infectious
I feel that I'm giving something,
but what I give can be hard to measure
People who become angry with me often have the greatest benefit of my ideas
Politics
I can't think of anything less interesting than politics or religion.
All kinds of systematic thinking
that makes it possible to create a predefined view on life
and enter a dialogue with others in order to defend ideas
instead of hearing their message.
This is why I could never vote for at party or feel part of a religion.
I think I'm spending my life
breaking down all roles - also my own.
This is why I don't regard my self as a writer, lecturer or therapist …
I'm a person trying to release energy in the people I meet.
