The librarians are here to answer any questions you may have when using the Online Library.
If you have a question about research or APA citations, there are several ways you can
contact us! You can chat with a librarian instantly during
most days and evenings using the Chat button on the library website. We even have our full
schedule posted online so that you’ll always know when there’s a librarian available
to assist you. If you’re away from a computer, you can
also send us your question via text! The library’s Text/SMS number is: (651) 300-0550.
If there’s no librarian on duty, you can also try the library FAQs! Just type your
question in the box, and if it matches a FAQ, the answer will pop up instantly. If your
question isn’t in our list, it will automatically be sent to a librarian who will get back to
you asap. Where can I find all this information in one
place you ask? Our full contact information is listed on the library’s Ask a Librarian
page. If you ever want to get in touch with the
Online Librarians directly, choose the Online Campus from the drop-down menu and you can
find our email addresses on the page.
