Hi, my name is Sheryl with expertvillage.com and today we are making a delicious black
bean salsa. We are going to assemble the ingredients and this is one of those things you don't
have to worry about measuring. I have no measuring spoons or measuring cups; you can kind of
throw things in. We have our bowl here and I'm just going to add a bunch of black beans.
These are already cooked black beans are ready to go. Then we are going to add a bunch of
corn and again I like frozen corn. But you can use can corn, you can also use cream corn
if you like. We are going to put in some cilantro, we kind of cut this up a little bit and if
you like cilantro great add as much as you like. If you don't you can leave that out.
I'm using kind of a paste picante sauce, I'm just dumping a bunch of that in there. Then
you can just put I like putting a little bit of lemon juice you can have a little bit of
lime juice in there is you wanted. A little bit of salt and a little bit of garlic powder,
whatever little spices you like. Also cumin I really love this and so I'm going to put
a little bit of that in there. Just however much you like. Just mix it up and it is so
delicious. Such a simple little thing then after I get it all mixed up I would just go
ahead and spoon it back unless I"m going to serve it immediately I would go ahead and
spoon it back into my little plastic containers. I like to keep them in serving little individual
serving sizes so I can just pull one out take it to work with me. It is such a healthy little
meal right, there such delicious food.
