because its very neutral, not many characters get an advantage on this stage, so its a good
place to start off.\par They're just building some damage against
each other, Shiek's getting some strings but Toon Link is doing pretty well to avoid them.\par
\par The general idea of this for Toon Link is
to try and stay away and throw and... throw boomerang's and shhot some arrows.\par
Toon Link's like the projectile master so he's just pretty much just gonna be keeping
his distance using boomerang's arrows and bomb's to try and rack damage up on Sheik.\par
Sheik has her own projectile but its quite limited to the arsenal that Toon Link has.\par
In terms of Toon Links close range game his back air is quite fast and combo's into itself
so you'll see Batmans using that quite alot.\par \par
You can see Toon Link has what we call a zair which means he can attack out of his aireal
dodge which is hard to punish.\par So you can dodge an attack and then counter
attack straight away with his zair.\par \par
There Toon Link used a grab but becasue it very laggy if he misses Apollo was able to
punish it.\par \par
If Sheik uses her chain offstage it will latch to the ledge and get to it very quickly which
makes it hard to gimp her.\par \par
They have reached ko percent so any strong hit now will either put someone in a very
disadvantaged position or kill em.\par \par
You can cancel the jump with and up smash which is what. Were back to even, and now
its back to square one. 4 minutes and 8 seconds remaining.\par
So at low percentages Sheik is trying to use forward tilt combo's which are very effective
at low percentages, they combo into themselves and into other moves.\par
Forward tilt can combo into up tilt, into jab and into grab sometimes.\par
Sheik does alot of low percent combo's is what we're trying to say.\par
\par Now these two play each other quite reguarly
and Chris apollo wins all the time. We'll see if that holds true. He certainly has the
advantage right now.\par \par
By quickly grabbing the ledge just as someone's recovering you can avoid there recovery move
by using invincibility you can see when someone grabs the ledge they flash, that makes, that
means they are invincible.\par And there we go the second kill using the
sweetspot of Sheiks back air which can be quite powerful offstage.\par
Moves have a sweetspot and sour spot alot of the time which means they can hit weak
or they can hit strong and it all depends on the timing and where you hit with it.\par
\par That up smash just came short of killing Sheik.
Good DI there.\par \par
Now Batmans has a Mr Saturn, now Apollo has a MR Saturn, nobody has it. The Mr Saturn
is useful because it can break shields in a single hit so. If they shields and then
hit then you can combo out of it into other moves so its very useful.\par
\par Apollo has the distince advantage here we'll
see if Batmans can bring it back.\par \par
Now all it will take is a mistake by Chris and it could go back the other way. Clutch
up b. There goes game 1.\par \par
Have decent Wario stage so. Marth has a distinct advantage cos after grabbing him he can let
go, release from the grab and then, if he doesnt pummel. Basicly Marth is going to try
and grab Wario which is difficult as Wario is a very mobile character.\par
Marth is going to try and get the grab and then combo off of that. We may see it a bit later.\par
\par Chris is doing a very good ob of avoiding
grabs from Marth and avoiding hits in general.\par \par
Now, Chris was going to try and use. Apollo was trying to use the tyres. The tyres from
Wario's bike are very useful because they are an item in general so you can use it to
pressure the oppoent.\par \par
Here comes a freezie, oh frozen Batmans. \par Wow. Good DI by Batmans to live that up air
at high percentage.\par \par
Apollo is fishing fo the kill right now and he gets it.\par
First stock goes to Apollo.\par That was a very good bite to dacus there,
hard to avoid. Good pifall use.\par \par
Wario's recovery. He has quite a few options but sometime they can be very limited. His
bike gives hima bosst but if he's already used it recently then he doesnt get a chance
to use it again. He also has his down b which is the Wario waft.\par
Very nice, very nice. As you can see Batmans hit Apollo into the stage and it sent him
straight down\f1 just because of the angle.\par In this matchup it can be very hard for Marth
to get off the ledge against Wario. Wario is very good at pressuring him and making
it hard for him to avoid his moves.\par Now everytime you dash or turn around there
is a one percent chance of tripping. It gives you a bit of invincibility but it can mess
with your momentum and it just one of the unfortunate things about this game.\par
\par And its not in Melee, but im not here to preach
melee.\par There we go again, Apollo's doing a very good
job of keeping Batmans offatge.\par Building up damage. You saw again the quick
grab of the ledge to avoid the recovery move and then punish it.\par
\par Very good shield pressure there, forcing him
to shield and then grabbed him out of it.\par \par
Wario'smost remarkable trait is his amazing aireal mobility which makes it very difficult
to hit him and get grabs which is what Marth really wants.\par
\par Marth is offstage again, may find it difficult.
Fart is one of um I dont knbow what to say about it its very, you can use it as a surprise
kill. Takes time to charge up.\par What happens is when the match starts Warios
waft begins to charge as the time goes on the waft gets stronger and stronger until
it becomes a very powerful kill move, does alot of damage but if you use it too early
you can end up wasting it.\par Using it correctly is very important. It can
really change the momentum of the game.Thats right, it can give such a huge advantage it
can change alot.\par \par
While th opponent is trying to avoid it you can often get in other moves cos they're trying
to play too carefull.\par \par
Batmans is trying to bring it back. Batmans had Apollo in a bad position but Apollo managed
to recover and its not looking too good for Batmans at the moment.\par
\par Anything can happen. Wario can be very vulnerable
offstage when he doesnt have his bike to recover with.\par
This look like a bad position for Marth.\par Fell into the bite. Wario's bite is very good
at covering any kind of dodge so you just have to try and avoid it completely rather
than trying to dodge through it.especially with only one minute remaining. You can see
from ah. I was about to say that because Wario is flashing you can tell he has a fully charged
waft and theres the game\f0\par }
