Welcome to the Bridge City Boogie how to series. This short informational video will help you
find people who are registered to participate in the Boogie this
year. In past events lots of people have asked "How
can I find out if friends or family have already registered
for the Boogie?" Some people have also come to our package
pickup event thinking they were registered when they were
not in the online registration system.
The Boogie is using canadian-based race roster for online registration this year and they
provide an easy way to check on registration information.
Just head over to our book registration page and on the left hand side
click on confirm registration, then on the confirmation list
enter in the last name the you're looking for into the search box
and click the blue search button. You'll be presented with a list of people
who have that last name and are confirmed registered for this year's
event. You can even see if they're registered as
part of a team. If you're not sure how to spell someone's
last name you can use a wild-card simple to find all
the people who have a last name that starts with the letter, in
this example I'll enter an L along with the percent symbol,
this acts as the wild-card and will return all registration that start
with the letter L. Online registrations are automatically entered
into the race roster participant database. Registrations dropped off at the
StarPhoenix are entered on a weekly basis so you may have
to check a few times if you did not use the online registration
option. That's it for this how-to video,
don't forget to encourage family friends and colleagues
to participate in this year's Boogie, it's a great way to stay active.
