Alright, so today I'm going to be talking you guys about supplements. I like to use
the GMC Mass Gainer, works pretty well for me, I'll show you how to do it. Take the top
off, take out your shaker cup, that's important. There's a little brown sh*t.
What you got to do is take off the shaker cup, take off the lid. Take out your syringe,
take your syringe filled with natural substances, natty is the way to go. Stick it into your a**
and push the plunger. I hate needles.
Now that I'm filled with natty substances, put it back,
close the lid, put the Mass Gainer away. Be sure to f*ck the Mass Gainer. And you're good, now you're good
and ready to go to work out. Hit the gym brah
Alright so we're getting ready to go to the gym here
and it's time for me to take my pre-workout. This is how I get hyped, this is how I lift heavy.
You'll see...I prefer to go with the Mountain Dew.
Seventy-three milligrams of f*cking caffeine in this. Alright?
Now what you got to do is you gotta take a car key and shotgun this sh*t for maximum results
So, lift it... tilt it up...you guys know how to shotgun right?
and uh...hopefully it won't explode on me.

Alright so I'm warming up with some dead lifts right now.
That's what I usually start with on my back day. I usually do about one hundred and thirty five
Alright this is where it starts to get pretty heavy for me, this is two seventy five.
I'm going to try to get three reps, four maybe
This is really heavy for me.
It's about three fourty, three thirty five I think.
And I'm going to try to pull it...and hopefully I don't snap my back! I should be okay...

Post-workout...gotta get a healthy meal in.
That's why we stick with Inn N Out, really healthy...
And we go with our animal style french fries, and water! Always drink water!
And yeah...good...good protein! Good source. Lean, very lean.
